Surgery Today

Well, this afternoon I finally get to have surgery on one of my wrists. I'll see you all back here in probably a week's time.

Till then... I've scheduled two really nice songs that are really worth the listen. :-) Here's the first...

    best of luck, the NHS has finally scheduled my thumb surgery in for the 10th of July it's only taken me 7 months.

    Hey Bunny Chow!

    I so sympathise. It's been faster for me, but started with a misdiagnosis that cost me five months of agony. Then I changed health centres. I was lucky. The new place has some "movers" that really work for their patients and see you as a human being.

    On the whole... our area of Scotland (Aberdeenshire for medical) has a very good reputation, but I still had to wait over a year for hernia surgery a few years back. :-\

    I hope your surgery goes smoothly in July. Best wishes back!
